On Sunday Brian was moved to a step down unit next to the ICU and will soon be moved to a regular room. He continues to have breathing issues every time they move him. I am told that once he is moved to a regular room they will look to getting him out to Chicago asap. The last few days his spirits are much improved and even smiling a few times. We are all very anxious about the future but still very positive. We are counting on the same hard headed attitude in Brian that we used to curse to work in his favor now. Once again thank you for all the kind words of support it really means a lot. Dave

Hey Dave,
It's great to hear things are improving so positively. I talked to Deb last Saturday and she was positive as well and said the staff, for the most part, were really great and very helpful. That can make such a big difference. Tell Brian, we're praying for him and keep a good, persistant attitude. Hope to see you back in the area soon.

Brian, Dave & Elaine:

Just wanted to let you know that our family has your family in our thoughts and prayers. As always, if there is anything we can do for any of you, please don't hesitate to ask. Hope everyone can come home soon.

Brian, Dave & Elaine,
What GREAT news to hear that Brian is improving every day. Take it one day at a time Bri, and stay just as stubborn as we know you are. We all look forward to seeing you soon.
